Past 2.5 years I am suffering constant left side che at pain, frequent irregular heart beat ( like skipping and pounding ) did lot of TMT, echo all were normal. In recent episode of irregular beat I did a TMT and completed 12min, but had same irregular beat at the rest stage while doing I Dnt find any difficulty. Three weeks back I got throat pain and cough. It was more than year I check my sugar levels and TSH. So I did a whole body blood test. Along with I have checked D dimer and it's value is 504. Is it vary serious and what should I do for far these course of action
