My self 33 years recovered from covid 14 days completed 10 th day test has 345 d dimer value, can I take eliquis 2.5 as advised or any second opinion of taking blood thinners My wife 27 YRS breastfeeding has 325 d-dimer please suggest any medication

Please consult . Don’t self treat as this medicine has side effects . Mild covid disease doesn’t requires anticoagulants.
