My mother is diabetic and she was diagnosed covid , however her report was negative on 8th July and it has been 11 days , since her first symptom. Her CRP was 50 now it is 0.12. however her d dimer is 6700ng/liter. She is on blood thinner. No fever, oxygen saturation is 98. Does she require admission, or ct pulmonary angiogram. .

Please show a pulmonologist and Keep a close follow up with him/ her. There are other factors to be considered for admission and not merely D Dimer value.

D dimer values signify risk of clotting and her blood thinner maybe needed to upgrade. And being a diabetic is a natural thrombotic state in itself. So please get her medicine re checked. She may not need admission for this.
