My D-Dimer level is high(670 Ng/ml) than normal(up to 500ng/ml) range. I am tested covid positive and I am 36 weeks pregnant. Are there chances of blood clots in placenta. how to normalise my d-dimer levels. Do I have to take clexane 60mg injection. Please suggest if clexane is mandatory and safe.
