D dimer 285 after covid 19

On 17th April the first symptoms of covid was observed and treatment started on 22nd April. On 10th May I got myself tested for d-dimer, which was 285 reports attached. Still continuing the medicines. Facing excessive weakness. Kindly suggest

Post covid weakness will be there, regular fluids intake ,multivitamins ,mild yoga exercises  Don't worry about d dimer value.
