1 ..Type 1 signal in the posterior horn of the medical meniscus .. 2..a strain of the anterior cruciate ligament. 3..well defined lobulated subarticular multiloculated cystic lesion showing variable signal intensities of T1W/T2W images involving metaepiphyseal region of lower femur .the findings are suggestive of aneurysmal bone cyst .(D/D-Giant cell tumour with secondary aneurysmal bone cyst).fluid in bursa and pet region

Get surgery done for GCT and ABC. ACL and Meniscus can wait, or treated  simunatenously.
