Hi, I had D& c procedure done in month of September end .I had little bleeding for 2-3 days and then revisited the doctor .She told everything is fine.but she didn't tell to get any scanning done .Is it ok not to get scanning done after d& c done.I got APLA profile test done and the report is normal.Can I try to convince now.I have a 6 year old child and this was my second pregnancy.The fetus had a good heart beat of 110 beats at 6 weeks but at 9 weeks I had spotting and after scan doctor told that heart beat is not there.It seems fetus stopped growing at 7 weeks and i had missed miscarraige.What could have been reason for the same.Pls guide .
