Suffering from Cystitis Glandularis in bladder. Gross hydronephrosis on right kidney. Stent has been placed in right ureter. Mild HN on left kidney.

Is a pathological finding with a causative factor like chronic irritation or long time infection. Treatment of cause along with sympotamatic treatment is required.if chronic infection long term antibiotic is required. Regular follow up to a Urological facility is required as it can be precursor of more serious disease .
