Cyst on the head of both Epididymis

I was gone through the Radiology tests and found small cysts on both the testes. Doctor suggested me to take a madicines for a week. I feel no pain when I take a tablets. But after a week the pain started again. I can clearly feel pain when I touch the Epididymis. I feel pain only when iam sitting idle. I don't feel while walking or doing any activities.
