I am a cyst on my right testicles from last 11 years. My age is 24 years. Earlier it was not causing any pain but from last 6 - 8 months, By lower right abdomen is paining and from last 1 month my lower left abdomen has also start to pain. I went for Whole abdomen ultrasound and the reports were fine. IIs this a sign of testicular cancer?
