I have reports. Billateral ovaries have multiple small follicies arranged peripherally with increased stromal echogenisity.. can u tell me tha meaning of this.

It means sonography showing polycystic ovaries.pco means hormonal imbalance...so patient may have weight gain, irregular periods....
