Cyst in epidedemis of testicle

Hi i have a 4 mm small cyst in my testicles i got it checked by a urologist and got an ultrasound done and the doctor said theres nothing to worry about..and no medication is required..is it ok to have. No medication or.sugery and the cyst is harmless? Just meed a second opinion from any urologist .
