Cyst? Abscess?

The location where i am pointing, when i palpate there, there's a lump or cyst like thing inside the skin, which partially feels fluid like. Is that an abscess or something? I have a wisdom teeth on that side which aches sometimes. I had an xray 2 years back which had shown the wisdom teeth to be having a fused root with the side teeth. Can that have caused infection or abscess? Apart from that, the lower wisdom teeth is partially erupted. Apart from those symptoms during morning sometime my tmj area clicks. Is it coz of the cyst or abscess putting pressure on it? Please guide.

Hello. It may be an inflamed lymph node due to infection around the lower wisdom tooth (pericoronitis).

Hello, A full mouth XRAY would be needed, i. e. an OPG to evaluate the condition of your wisdom tooth and the presence of a cyst, if any.

Hi, Please share the x-ray that was taken before. From the picture shared, there does not seem to be any active swelling. Please take another X-ray OPG and share it here to help answer your query.
