My cylindrical power increased from - 1.75 to - 3 in one year. Is something wrong with me? Could it be keratoconus?

It is the possibility. You need to get TOPOGRAPHY done by PENTACAM machine. Consult nearby lasik centre or any centre with pentacam facility.
