1. What is the root cause for cylindrical Power. I just had my eye check up done and suddenly I have got cylindrical Power. I am wearing glasses for the past 15years and my power is -4 on both the eyes. This has been constant for the past 10years. Now suddenly cylindrical Power has come. Just wanted to know how it comes normally and want to know the corrective actions for it 2. How to reduce eye power without surgery. Please help !!! Thanks a lot !!!

As your age is 27 years so I don't expect any change in power of your glasses....little variation in glasses prescription by different ophthalmologists is common ...I don't expect that the cylindrical power is too high Cylindrical power appears due to change in shape of cornea which is the main refracting surface of eye B. I am sorry there is no natural method to get rid of glasses Kindly share your old and new glass prescription so that we can discuss this issue better
