Cycling for 1 hours

I used to go office on bicycle daily which takes half of a hour and come home as same.. In that case i sweat a lot .. So how to retain hydration.. Please guide me.

Hi Fill a 1 ltr bottle with boiled water squeeze juice of one lemon in it add 1 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt hmmm c we’ll keep sipping this water now and then through the day to n addition to water fluids you drink through the day.

Hi, It's good to do cycling on a regular basis. Generally speaking, if you sweat, that's again a sign for the fat burn. But to cover your water loss, you need to keep your water intake for atleast 8-10 glasses per day. Include watery fruits, vegetables & liquids in your diet.

Along with water please take some ORS at least once a day, or simply salt- 1/2 tsf, sugar 1 tsf, lemon half wedge in a glass of water, post coming back.
