Cuts all over inside of my foreskin. The foreskin is extremely tight. Has been going on and getting worse for just over a week. Just pulled it back for the first time in a week to make sure nothing is infected and it is almost twice as bad. Small amounts of blood seeping from the cuts and it is very very painful. Think I will need circumcision. As this has happened a few times. Though this time it is the worst of all.
