Hi there...I can understand your concern. Cuts or fissures can occur over the foreskin if the foreskin is too tight or inflammation of the foreskin and glans penis. This is more common in diabetics. Sometimes it can occur due to even some irritant application. It will need detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation. Till then use only lukewarm water to wash your genitals. Do not use any antiseptics like dettol, even soaps.
