There is a very big problem with my mouth M little bit tense. There is little white substance coming out of my mouth. Also there is a little cut on my right cheek from inside . There is pain in my full body specially neck and chest Pls help me plz

White substance coming from mouth might puss and related to chest pain I think u need to consult physician
