I have a cut mark on right eyebrow, which I got 13 yrs back. I got it stitched from the Doctor. Need help to remove it.

There is mismatch of eyebrow due to the scar. The scar needs to be revised and eyebrow position balanced. Laser will improve scar appearance but not the eyebrow mismatch.
