Can UTI be cured without any medicines? By just taking some antibiotics? I searched for it and it said there are chances that it might cure by itself. I don't have any severe pain in bladder, tract, abdominal Only pain is after peeing which has goten better in comparison to morning In morning I had too much pain but now I don't Should I be worried ?

Antibiotics are medicines!! Ideally  for a proper treatment you need a test called urine routine and culture antibiotic should be given after culture sensitivity
