Cure for scrotum itching

I don't know whether is the correct forrum to ask this question.
I am having SCROTUM itching for past one and half years.After taking Allopathy medicines for 20 to 30 days the itching subsides but after a gap of two weeks to one month the scrotum itching come back stronger.Visited lot of dermatologists.But still the issue is there.so I want to know what might be the problem.whats triggering it.please reply 🙏🙏 your replies are invaluable to me🙏🙏
Note:I don't have diabetes,i am a teetotaler,Made lifestyle changes like using cotton inner wears,changed body soap(dermadew for itching & dryness).But Nothing worked so far.
This type of complaint is very common in ur geographic area, due to excessive heat and humid climate. Excessive sweating especially at all the skinfolds.
