Hello... From ur complains and CT reports its evident that u r suffering from pan sinusitis, please upload CT films. Visit an ENT near u along with ur CT films u may need a FESS[Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery]  which a minimal invasive endoscopic surgery done to open up ur sinus drainage pathway and to remove any infection/mucosal thickening/secretions/fungal concretions if any from ur sinuses.

If recurrent need surgery to open sinuses inside your nose and allow them to drain. It is an endoscopic procedure with no external cuts.
