CT report paranasal sinuses

Recently had CT scan for sinus and following impression are mentioned -MILD BILATERAL MAXILLARY SINUSITIS, -BILATERAL GRADE 2/3 FENESTRAL AND RETROFENESTRAL OSTOSCLEROSIS. Please mention what actually mentioned in it and facing severa hearing loss on the both ears and using hearing aid

There are 2 separate conditions in the above mentioned scan . 1) mild sinusitis - can be treated with medications 2) otosclerosis - which means the small bones which are important in hearing have been fixed in both ears leading to hearing loss in your case . Can be corrected by surgery Hearing aid won't be much helpfull for the above condition
