CT Angiogram side effects

My left arm has been paining/discomforting for about 2 months. I undergone ECG, EcHO & TMT. Dr said everything looks good. My trigliciride cholesterol levels are high (300). I'm using rosufit10 for about two months. How long should I have to use tablet. I used 'Gabapin plus 100' for muscle pain for 30days(didn't help). I'm planning for a CT angio, is there any side effects/risks involved!

Ct angiogram involves radiation and contrast exposure. Take cholesterol tablet for 3 months along with diet and exercise. After that try to keep cholesterol levels under control with diet and exercise.
