I am 30 weeks pregnant and my CScan report mentioned: "Liquor is on lower side of the normal  of gestation age AFI - 9".  Please suggest accordingly what measures can be followed for healthy range.

Hi dear. You should take 3 litres of fluid daily. Proper rest 8 hours at night and 2 hours in day in left lateral position. Also start Argiprime sachet once daily with water after consulting your obstetrician. Your scans will be repeated every 2 weeks and take a good care of baby movements.
