Hi, your description sounds like you have some anxiety due to unknown stressor. What kind of thoughts trigger crying spells or sad mood for you? However, it is obvious that you need to go for counseling as sharing your anxiety will help you become aware of your worries. Take a few sessions and based on the assessment it can be decided whether you need medications as well or not.
