Crying, sadness, lack of concentration

2017-09-21 08:47:19
I recently had a breakup and the guy called it off. Its been 2 months now but I'm unable to focus on things at hand and feel like crying all the time. My father too went through health issues last year which was emotionally difficult for me but I sustained it. But now everything seems getting to me all at once. I feel a loss of self respect and self love. I was generally a very chirpy girl who has suddenly got very silent.
