My sister has been divorced,from on that onwards if any small issues she is crying and not listening to any one

Maybe she feels Insecured after that. She may not be  able to understand what  extent about her future. She could be totally confused and doesn't know how to move on in life.
Next Steps
Do fix an appointment with a psychological counselor in your city and help her to share her feelings and she might be able to understand herself better.
