Offer more fluids.Freuently every 2hrs give fluids. You can start sweetlime juice.
Hygine:Wash her private parts thoughly and frequently.
Give Seitz bath in a tub of warm water with alittle of dettol liquid. Let her sit with legs open and let her play in water for 10-15 minutes.
