Crying, digestion, fever and urination

My 2 and a half month baby is continuously crying for past 1week. And nowadays, he hardly pee(once in 2hr) and also he used to potty every day but from passed 4-5days he is not the same with it too(once in 2days) and he also passed hard stool today. Please suggest

Keep ur baby well hydrated with breast milk and  top feed if required Watch for urine output Baby should pass urine 6-8 times per day Always remember burp ur baby after each and every feed for atleast 10 min or till baby take 4 burp
