Trust is an important factor in a relationship. If you are not able to trust this person anymore, what will your relationship be based on? It is up to you to decide whether you still want to be with this person despite issues or you want to move on and start the process of healing from the break up. No matter what it will be your decision and you will have to face the consequences. Overall, my advice still remains the same. Seek support from close people and see a professional, as self harming thoughts need to be addressed asap.
