First of all you should specify the area of pain whether you are having pain in teeth or you are having pain while opening or closing of the jaw and if you are having pain while opening and closing then it may b due to the muscle spasm or tmj joint problem.

U should visit a dentist ...to analyse the extent of problem and its cause Its may b because of tmj joint  problem only that also leads to muscle spasm

Stress can lead to teeth grinding which mostly occurs in night. Or it can b due to excessive mouth opening, talking too much, laughing too wide... If d condition persist, it will lead too much stress on masticatory muscles -> headache-> jaw pain , neck pain.
Next Steps
reduce Stress, meditation can help, restrict mouth opening, visit  dentist - night guard could help.

U can visit a nearby dental surgeon to get yourself checked clinically ... it might be due to some muscle spasm along ur joint of the jaw .... or some problem in your occlusion...
