Crunching sound in ear

On rotating my neck I listen a crunching sound in right ear. I met accident few days back and had jerk in neck. I am undergoing physiotherapy for spasm near neck muscle. Also have MRI reports attached.

Hello, it could be due to spasm, and osteophytes in that joint (as seen in MRI), continue you current treatment it may reduce over time.
