My sister had Covid positive 2 two weeks ago , now she is Covid negative..
Could someone please advise on CRP test result range 15.99.

Crp level rises in infection, 15.99 level is Not too high. It will gradually come down to Normal over the next week Or so.

The crp is not very high. Does your sister suffer from high blood or blood sugar??
Sometimes crp will rise due to infection and inflammation in the body. Will gradually settle.
