If I have infection from 3 days then at that time can  CRP can reach to high level upto21 Please help.thanks

Crp is a inflammatory marker which increases both in acute infection and inflammation. During fever we should do a complete blood count to get an idea about the type of infection and crp levels are used only to find out the severity.
Next Steps
so you have to do complete blood count, if needed culture and if needed serum pro calcitonin levels
