Cronic pain In lower abdomen after 7 day

I had unprotected sex with her on 14 th july.So gave her unwanted 72.She was having mild pain on 1st 2nd days and pain during urination but today after 7 days she is having chronic lower abdomen pain which feels moving from middle to side and same.what is the reason and what should we do now??She had irregular periods also.
