My 64 years old mother has Cronic Kidney Disease stage two with GFR 86... Does she need treatment? She also has simple renal cyst and gallstones for which she will be operated soon.. Does she needs treatment for CKD?

At 64 years of age and GFR 86c she is not require any treatment for CKD , renal cyst as well as for gall stones.
