If chest pain is very severe get an ecg, chest x ray and endoscopy done..it may be due to gastritis or pluritic kind of chest pain involving lungs. Headache you can take naxdom tablet for immediate relief. There are other prophylactic medications to avoid frequent headache episodes..consult a neurologist/physician.
