Following is my ultrasound report attached plz look at and answer . what should I do ?? Or consult , is it possible to treat it without operation ???

Get further work up done by a urine examination routine and microscopic,serum creatinine,a functional study like IVP or CT Urography is also advisable to get degree of functional affects in the kidney by stone disease.surgery may or may not be required after work up.
