I am a professional cricketer, yesterday when i was batting the ball hit my toe, it has gone all green black and blue also upper portion there is a cut. What should i do?

It appears that the nail of your big toe is avulsed. There is contusion and some laceration present. It is very important to keep the wound clean. If there is any debris inside the nail and which is very likely visit a clinic to get it cleaned. Avoid touching or applying tapwater to the wound. Apply antiseptic ointments containing Povidone Iodine or Betadine. Keep the wound covered with bandages. If you have not taken Tetanus shot in the last 5 yrs, get one. The nail might take 1 to 2 months to grow back as it was before the injury.
