If CJD is the diagnosis, then your doctor must have discussed with you about the outcome of the disease, which is not favourable. No treatment has been discovered yet for the same and it's a progressive disease. Giving a good quality of life for your father would be more important. However, if it's not CJD and something that can be treated, then it's worth a try to consult at NIMHANS.
