Hi, My right testicle is was absolutely normal till 27 years of age. But recently my right groin area pained for a couple of days and the right testicle raised a little but is still in the scrotum. Then after 6 months again there was pain for 2 days and the right testicle got raised a little more but still in the scrotum. The shape of the scrotum has changed completely but the scrotum doppler shows it is normal. I have 2 main concerns. - Is this Cremaster spasm - if this continues again then gradually it will go inside groin. And then I will have to get surgery? I am really scared and of surgery of my private part. Is there any medicine for this. In Ayurveda or Homeopathy or allopathy. Please help me with this issue. The scrotum shape has completely changed. The right testicle also gets raised in the groin during ejaculation bht only for couple of seconds and comes back. There is also mild pain in groin at times.
