Hi, my father's age is 79 with Diabetes since 30 years and Bp. He had heart attack in October 2021. Creatinine is 2.25. Can we proceed with Angiogram? Can we proceed with stunts or bypass if any blocks?

Can proceed but there will be risk of elevation of serum creatinine after angiogram
Next Steps
Consult Nephrologist at the time of angiogram, so that nephroprotective measures can be done at the time of procedure to reduce the risk
