My Husband is a high BP patient and due to high BP, his kidney got affected. With the help of medication, his BP is under control but his Creatinine level has increased. It is recorded 1.93H (mg/dl). Sodium and potassium is in under the described limit but uric acid is high (11.40H)Total Cholesterol is 213H. Please suggest us to reduce his creatinine levels. What diet should he follow including dry fruits, fruits and veggies?

He could be having kidney disease causing hypertension or long standing poorly controlled hypertension can cause kidney disease..
Diet is mainly low salt diet ( less than 4g per day)
Reduce red meat consumption
Regular exercise and healthy weight maintenance
Need to see his urine report and ultrasound report to comment further
High protein diet should be avoided.
What was his previous creatinine level?
Usg and urine routine reports wer normal?
Fruits and dry fruits should be restricted if he has high potassium
