Createnine level

My dad is suffering from an increasing trend of createnine and he has severe high bp issues. He is under high BP medication for past 20 yrs as of now. He suffers from Angina attack at times and has some blockage in his heart. I do understand that createnine level is treated by Ayurveda as he is under the treatment of a Ayurveda doc in Chandigarh. He had medicine for past 6 months and the createnine level was going down but again it started showing an increasing trend. Also the out of station doctor is also a constraint. I am looking for a good Ayurveda doc for his case

May be he have had high B.P since long, due to his renal problem. It must have been diagnosed earlier. Angina may also be a long term complication of increased creatinine levels and resultant high BP. Please attach all his medical reports. If creatinine levels are very high, it is better to go for dialysis as per the advice of a Nephrologist.
