Craving for sex and masturbation

My friend aged 17,female is addicted to masturbation does 4-5 times a day,after thinking about boy she mets.
It was ok ,if she thinks about some boy and does, problem is that she saw his brothers in law doing sex and is very much fascinated by him so she thinks about him and also masturbates,which i find it very awkward.
Moreover,she says she can't control her feelings and her vagina is always wet,she says whenever i am on bed my hand goes down there and i start masturbating.
She even says that she wants someone for sex.
At such a tender age is this all normal.

Masturbation is a natural phenomenon. All men do this but as a natural principle… excess of everything is always bad, so you must try to control it.
Don't do it more than once or twice in a month.
Don't worry you can do that... just do not watch porn… Try not to be remain alone, don't read or view sexual literature, books, whatsApp & porn videos etc.
Avoid oily, more spicy, Chilly and junk foods.
Do exercise daily for one hr or yoga mainly Pranayam… Meditation… vajroli Mudra... Ashwini mudra. Start reading religious books.
