Cramps and feeling of cold in leg

Since 4 to 5 months I have feeling of coldness in my right leg majorly lower part sometimes coldness increase sometimes normal and when I walk I feel little heavyness in my right leg I am very tensed I don't know whom to show please help and sometimes cramps also occur
