Since a long time i am having crackling noise on my left ear. I did audiometry but it is normal. I face the problem when i keep the phone on left ear. I cannot understand the words. It sounds loud but muffled. I also have tinnitus.

There can be a problem with ur hearing nerve , I need to see u and probably do a hearing test on u
