I had crackers burn on 5th October in my right hand thumb and two fingers, i am using saframycin and antibiotic tablets. I have peeled off the skin of affected parts.

Donot self treat. This looks like a second degree burn. Please visit a surgeon. This may from contracture if it is deep burn.

Silicone based gel would help in preventing some amount of the scars and deformity. Do apply moisturiser along with antibiotics.
